Why it matters
Merch booths at events have not only become commonplace; they are expected by attendees.
A merch collection with low quality items, weak design, or poor variety can end up being a nightmare of unsold inventory and unhappy customers.
No merchandise at all is a huge missed opportunity for profits as well as marketing.
On the other hand, a well curated merch collection can significantly increase revenue, as well as boost brand and event recognition. Every souvenir sold is a constant reminder of good times to the customer, and a piece of marketing going out into the public eye.
Over the past several years we have set up our booth at hundreds of western events including rodeos, stock shows, equine events, and trade shows. Through our own sales data, observing how the official event merch booths succeed and fail, and talking directly to customers, we have a deep insight into what makes a successful merch collection.
We want to use all of our experience to help events and organizations maximize their revenue potential.

STRATEGIC PLANNING
We would start out with a consultation to get to know you and your needs. Based on your merchandise budget, I would build a couple of different merch packages with quantities per style, design variety, size breakdowns, pricing and alternate products. These product packages would be based on your type of organization, the average age range of your customers, time of year etc.
DESIGN
Once you decide which package you prefer, I would design a collection with digital mockups for each piece. The designs would be based on your logos and slogans, would reflect the culture of your organization and be geared towards your customer base. Once we get through edits and the collection is approved, the mockups could then be used for promotion and presale.
You can have as much or as little input into the designs and merchandise pieces as you like. If there's a particular piece that is a tradition, a design that you really want to see happen, special colors etc. we will include those in the collection. This will all be part of the initial consultation.
Sourcing and Fulfillment
After we have an approved product list and design collection I would begin production and sourcing with my network of trusted, quality suppliers. We can also work with any suppliers you may have a pre-existing relationship with. Any graphic apparel would be made in house using our premium apparel.
This gives you the convenience of being able to source the majority, if not all, of your products in one place.
Additional Services:
- Helping you design, setup, and display your retail booth for maximum effectiveness
- Designing and sourcing promotional materials for your retail booth such as shopping bags, business cards, thank you/online discount code cards, stickers etc.
-Setting up an online storefront page so you can presale and continue to sell your merch year round
Ideally we would handle everything top to bottom in our full service, but you can also pick and choose which services or specific products you would like our assistance with.
