SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received a confirmation email stating your order has shipped after 7-10 business days, please send an email to info@WildKiger.com to inquire when your product will ship.

When your product is shipped an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as "in transit", your package is no longer the responsibility of Wild Kiger Designs. If you have received tracking information stating your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the listed carrier to see where they may have left your package. 

We don't currently offer international shipping.

​​RETURN POLICY​

  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for in-store credit or exchange for items of equal or lesser value, less shipping charges*. (Customized apparel is non-returnable except in the case of workmanship defect.)

        You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags.

 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping charges will be deducted from in-store credit. (Except in the case of  defect or error on our part.)

We only accept returns from purchases made on WildKiger.com.

After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
